• Our service fee (the portion we charge for providing our travel services).

Service Fees

Our service fee is non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Third-Party Travel Payments

Payments required by airlines or travel providers are forwarded to the supplier. Refunds for these payments are subject to the rules of the airline or provider. We will assist in submitting refund requests to the airline or provider, but we do not control whether a refund is granted or how long it takes.

Cancellation or Change Requests

If a customer requests a change or cancellation, any fees charged by the airline or provider will be paid from the customer's payment. Additional service fees charged by our company remain non-refundable once the service is provided.

Processing Fees

We reserve the right to charge processing or handling fees for changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Limitation of Liability

Our company acts solely as an independent travel service provider and intermediary. We do not issue airline tickets and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or policies of third-party travel providers.
